Good to know.
Do I need to be a Brandcastl client?
No. Anyone can join, friends, family, past clients, or local business connectors.
When do I get paid?
Commissions earned in a month are paid on the 15th of the next month, by PayPal or bank transfer, once your referral's payment has cleared.
How long does my link track someone?
365 days from their first click. If they come back and sign up within that time, you still get credit.
What if they call instead of using my link?
Ask them to mention your name on the call, or to fill out a form through your link. We will make sure you get credit.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You make the introduction, our team handles the call, the plan, and the work.
Do I need to fill out tax forms?
We ask US partners for a W-9 before payouts. If you earn $600 or more in a year, you get a 1099 for your taxes.
Program terms
- You earn 10% of each payment a client you referred makes, up to their first 3 payments. Commissions are based on what the client pays Brandcastl, not ad spend paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms.
- A referral counts when the new client first comes to us through your link, or names you as their referrer before they sign up. Existing or past Brandcastl clients don't count as new referrals, and you can't refer yourself or your own business.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission for that payment is removed.
- Commissions are paid on the 15th of the month after they are earned, by PayPal or bank transfer. You need a payout method and, for US partners, a W-9 on file.
- Please share your link honestly. No spam, no unsolicited bulk texts or emails, no ads using the Brandcastl name, and no promises about results on our behalf.
- Brandcastl may update or end the program at any time. Commissions you already earned will still be paid.
- Questions: support@brandcastl.com or (866) 596-1450.
