These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Brandcastl (“Brandcastl Notifications”) to people who opt in through a form on brandcastl.com or by texting us first.

Program description

When you submit a form on our website and check the text message consent box, or when you text us, you agree to receive text messages from Brandcastl about your inquiry. These include replies to your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling links, and follow-ups about the services you asked about.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit a form, book a call, or buy any product or service.
